Permission user description

READ_CONTACTS:When users click contact button in App, will use this permission to get the users contact and use the number user picked for dialing.

CALL_PHONE:Use to make a phone call

OVERYLAY_PERMISSION:allows an app to display on top of other apps, use for float "keep talking button".

RECORD_AUDIO: use for recording the phone call voice.

READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: use for recording voice file to storage

WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: use for recording voice file to storage

The App DO NOT collect any users data.
